• Cricora is a digital platform for creating cricket tournaments, managing matches, and publishing live scores and statistics.
• Cricora does not organize, officiate, or verify tournaments or matches.
• Cricora does not guarantee the accuracy of match data entered by users.
• Tournament organizers are fully responsible for the tournaments they create and manage.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Cricora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Tournament Organizers

• Organizers are responsible for:
  • Creating tournaments, teams, and match schedules
  • Entering match scores, player names, and statistics
  • Ensuring fairness and accuracy in scoring
• Player names are entered manually and may not represent official identities.
• Cricora is not responsible for disputes arising from incorrect data entry.
• Organizers must not use the Platform for illegal, misleading, or abusive activities.

4. Public Content & Visibility

• Tournament data, match scores, and statistics may be publicly visible by default.
• By using Cricora, you grant us permission to display this data publicly.
• Cricora may use anonymized match data for analytics and platform improvement.

5. Payments & Pricing

• Cricora may charge fees per tournament or via subscription plans.
• Payments grant access to platform features, not guaranteed outcomes.
• All payments are processed via third-party payment providers.
• Cricora does not store full payment card details.
• Payments are subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Use

• You agree not to:
  • Manipulate or falsify scores intentionally
  • Impersonate another person or team
  • Upload offensive, defamatory, or abusive content
  • Attempt to disrupt or hack the Platform
  • Use Cricora for non-cricket or fraudulent purposes

7. Intellectual Property

• Cricora, its logo, design, and software are owned by Cricora.
• Users retain ownership of tournament data they create.
• By using the platform, you grant Cricora a non-exclusive right to display tournament content.

8. Platform Availability

• Cricora aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Temporary downtime for maintenance or technical issues may occur.
• Cricora is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Cricora is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• Cricora is not liable for:
  • Incorrect scores or statistics
  • Tournament disputes
  • Internet or device failures
• Our maximum liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you to Cricora for the relevant service.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

• Cricora may suspend or terminate accounts for:
  • Repeated misuse
  • Policy violations
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Termination does not entitle users to refunds unless required by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Users should first contact Cricora support for dispute resolution.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

12. Amendments

• Cricora reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.
• Updated terms will be posted on the Platform.
• Continued use of Cricora constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
