Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all payments made on the Cricora platform. By creating an account, purchasing tournament access, or using Cricora’s services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Principles
- Cricora is a digital platform for cricket tournament creation, scoring, and public score viewing.
- Payments are made for platform access per tournament or subscription, not for physical services.
- Once a tournament is created and access is granted, the service is considered delivered.
2. Tournament Cancellation by Organizers
- Organizers may cancel or stop using a tournament at any time.
- Canceling a tournament does not automatically qualify for a refund.
- Cricora does not guarantee refunds for partially used or unused tournaments.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Payments made for tournaments or subscriptions are non-refundable by default.
- Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error
- Platform failure that prevents tournament creation or scoring
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after tournament creation.
- Incorrect tournament setup by the organizer.
- Low usage, poor internet connectivity, or user-side technical issues.
- Incorrect player names, scores, or data entered by the organizer.
- Tournament cancellation due to weather, team availability, or organizer decisions.
5. Platform Downtime & Technical Issues
- Cricora aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Temporary downtime, maintenance, or minor disruptions do not qualify for refunds.
- In case of major service disruption, Cricora may offer:
- Extended access
- Account credits
- Partial refunds (at Cricora's discretion)
6. Subscription Plans (If Applicable)
- Monthly or yearly subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
- Cancellation stops future billing.
- No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.
7. Abuse & Misuse
- Cricora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform.
- No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended due to policy violations.
8. Changes to Pricing or Policies
- Cricora may update pricing or policies at any time.
- Changes will apply to future payments only.
- Existing paid access will remain valid until expiration.
9. Force Majeure
- Cricora is not liable for service interruption due to:
- Natural disasters
- Power or internet failures
- Government restrictions
- Events beyond reasonable control
- Such situations do not automatically qualify for refunds.
